Once we ship a candle it will be in the hands of the carrier. We typically use UPS and USPS to ship our products. If you are an international customer outside the USA, USPS cannot provide a tracking update once it leaves the country. We unfortunately cannot provide any additional information other than what the carrier shows on the tracking page.
